I am growing in the meat industry and have a thirst for knowledge.  Hoping to learn more here.  I work for a business that has been around for a long time.  The owner knows just about everything you would want to know about sausage stuffers and a variety of other meat processing equipment, but for me, I am still learning. Look forward to checking out your board and gleaning for your guys' knowledge. I am located in a small town relatively close to Houston. I work for ProProcessor.com.

Hey Shawn, I see that you are not terribly far from Chappell Hill, Texas. Are you old enough to remember when a lot of folks would drive to Chappell Hill, Texas to get sausage. That was before it was widely distributed to Houston. Unfortunately, they don't make that sausage anywhere near the quality that they used to. Welcome to this forum.
