    Hi all,

I'm Shane with Snake River Farms (a meat company).  Since I'm in this industry for work, as you can imagine I'm very involved in smoking and grilling overall...whether it be in my backyard, at BBQ competitions or at fancy restaurants.  Our company is based in Boise, ID and that's where I live.

I'm here to learn from you folks and to answer any questions that you may have on SRF specifically or wagyu/meat in general.  Looking forward to seeing all the great pics of what  you're cooking!
