I love making delicious stuff.

I'm from long island and currently live in Jerusalem.

I'm a homebrewer, winemaker, cidermaker, and just finishing the touches on my whiskey still. Pretty excited about the still.

I love making wonderful foods and drinks that people are intimidated to make. it is extremely satisfying for me to share these stuff with others.

Don't have a smoker yet, put am pretty excited to get serious about smoking.

See ya around,

Freddy

Freddy,
Welcome, from a southern Ohio Wolf, to the best forum on the internet if you are looking to learn how to BBQ/smoke/brine/cure/inject. Well you get the picture if you can do it to to something you put on a plate to eat then someone here has probably done it. Use the search bar at the top of the page and you will be led to the answer to most every question you can think of. If you don't find the answer there then just post it and someone will chime in with there opinion on the subject.
Always remember the only dumb question is the one you don’t ask!!
Keep Smokin!!!

Shalom Freddy,

Welcome. Your own Whiskey still? Wow....that's what I call freedom.

Can't wait for you to share some middle east BBQ dishes.

The smoke in your avatar doesn't look like thin blue smoke (the best for smoking food). Actually it looks very sinister. Wanna tell us about it?
