Hello everyone,  I am smoking 4 rack of baby backs on Sunday, and I am going to be taking them to work on Monday for a department lunch.  What would be the best way to wrap/ store them for serving them on Monday?  I have done many smokes, I have just never served the meat the next day.  I want them to be the best they can so I can have a good impression on my co workers.

Don't cut them up until you are ready to serve, I always like to heat ribs in the oven in a foil covered roasting pan, oven at 325 or 350, no liquid in the pan. But that's if you have an oven available.
