I've smoked 2 times with my new MES 30". 1st time was a Pork Loin that turned out awesome, 2nd was a epic fail at a Fatty that ended up turning into more of a meatloaf/casserole. Tomorrow, I'm off to bigger and better things.....Baby Back Ribs!! I'm using a rub recipe that Mythmaster posted awhile back The candidate....about 3.5lbs With it's 1st bath of rub/brown sugar... All finished up, ready to be wrapped in plastic wrap and into the fridge overnight... Plenty of Qview to follow tomorrow folks, stay tuned!
