semi new smoker from maine

Hello been reading your forum for a little bit ive been half assed hot and fast smoking for about a year with a char griller I canned that about two weeks ago and am building a vertical ugly tank charcoal smoker I hope to have it done by turkey season ill post more pics tommorow
