I'm having a marathon of smoke to break in my new MES for a picnic roast I'm doing for the 4th. Yesterday was a Turkey breast that turned out ok. Today is a Bottom Round roast. I found I like Emeril's Steak Rub for a brisket I did a month ago so I used it today. I'm curious how the meat will turn out with my MES vs the Vertical charcoal smoker I have. I can't wait to try some fatties and ABT. Now, to decide if I'm going to slice or shred... Once I figure out how to post pics I'll supply Q-view.
