I smoked these yesterday.
Welp here's my second attempt at a brisket; actually, brisket and beans:

Done at 7 hours at 195 in smoker:


Here it is cut:


And here's the beans that I smoked:


Everything turned out great this time as in the brisket. I really like them beans too.

thats some good looking brisket nice and juicy. the beans look fantastic also are they dutches recipe or yours?

I used mainly maple with a little cherry to smoke with.

The beans are Dutches Wicked Baked Beans and they are great! I had smoked bologne sandwich and cold wicked baked beans for lunch today and they were great cold too.

And thanx for all the replies. I think I'm getting the hang of it... after a year-and-a-half...
 
Wow!! is what I gotta say, that brisket looks juicy, nice color everything, man I gotta try one soon. I've done lot's of tri tips and hope when I do a brisket it comes out half as decent as yours looks.
Bet it tasted great....

What temps?, did you spritz along the way?, water pan in the smoker for moisture? just curious.
