LOL---A couple guys (mainly Raptor) started that, because I always beg for close-ups, especially ones that we can zoom in even farther on.

We all love Qview, but many love BearView even more---MMMMmmmmmm.........

Great first brisket! Grats on a succesfull smoke.

Try mesquite on brisket.... personally I love mesquite and beef, they just go soooo well together. Just use about 1/2 the amount of mesquite as you would of any other wood.
