Just seasoning up a new ecb that I picked up in Grand Forks this weekend. I guess when you have more than one smoker that means you're starting to take it a bit more serious, huh? Figured I'd start with a cheap one to test the water with charcoal and see if it's worth investing in a good one.

I'll have to take a look around and see if there are any mods that are must have's. Certainly need to upgrade the thermo in there...

Thanks! I love this time of year when the in-laws send my better half home with veggies from the garden. Everything but the chicken leg was from their garden. Did the taters on the Q, steamed the carrots and boiled the corn.

Best meal we've had in weeks, yet so simple.
