Hey everyone,

I am a newbie and I have read through the 5 day e-course.  I am in the progress of seasoning my smoker right now and I took a video because I know everyone says you want to strive for a TBS.  The smoke coming out of my smoker right now is not TBS to me and it looks a bit thicker white.  I tried adjusting the dampers on the side to be more open and more closed and the smoke stays about the same.  The temp gauge on the front says about 265 right now which is probably more like 300 (I haven't checked it for accuracy yet since I am just seasoning right now).  I have both burners going on low and I have both wood chip boxes in their with wood.  Can anyone lend any advice?  Is the smoke in the video too thick?  Is it bad?  anything I can do to adjust the smoke to be more of a TBS?
