Seasoning a new smoker

    Hello, I am new to this and need to know how to properly season my new grill, bbq, smoker.

    Easiest way is to spray the entire inside with pam, then fire it up and smoke it (with no meat) for at least 3 hrs. This is also a good time to see how hot and long it runs, learn how to adjust temp., ect.
