I haven't done these in a while, and they were a past score, buy 1 get 2 free.

Membrane pulled, small amount of fat trimed, ready to paint.

Youshida's, Gran garlic, lemon pepper, the usual for me. That little blue brush is from the dollar store, very handy tool, and just rinses off.

All seared and ready for the smoke.

Above the beans.

I call these my ECBB beans, el cheapo baked beans, I just get whatever is on sale and drain some of the juice. I added some KC Masterpiece, 1/2 onion, mild green chili's, brown sugar, and some choped Capicola, yum.

Stay tuned and thanks for watching.

Buy 1 get 2 free? Wow that is a great score!
Looks great so far, love the idea of the beans, what you have is what you add and the mix you have going sounds like it will be mighty tasty.
Great looking sear on the ribs as well, really something I need to try.

nice ron!!! especially those el cheapo baked beans!!! aint it something when you really start throwing some stuff together and are actually cleaning the pantry or the frig and something good turns up out of it!!!

More to come.

Mmm-mmm-mmm...I likey!!!

I agree with erain about the el cheapo buys & pantry/fridge/freezer cleanouts...that's when some of my best ideas for dishes are created.

Show us some more when you can!!!

Finished Qview.

Beans done, I forgot to put some shredded cheese on top, still good though.

Ready for bed and sauce.

Sauced up.

This is what was waiting for me this AM. I held them at 170'.

Carol had some for lunch.

This is what's left.

Thanks for watching.

Hmmm...you're giving me another gentle prodding, unknown to you...to do sauced ribs...

Those look nice...my wife really likes sauced meats lately...I just never do it in the smoker...hmm...gonna have to try it sometime, maybe next smoke on Thursday...got a butt, spares and more snack sticks fixin's...

OK, I just talked to the wife...sauced it is!
