Hey all,

On to my last steps before the first cook. Tomorrow night I'll be seasoning the drum, but obviously wanted to scrub it out first. It has been sand blasted inside and is otherwise clean. I see in other threads people mentioning "Simple Green" to scrub out the drum. Down here in Australia, that's not a common brand, so I have googled it, and can get it locally, but want to know exactly what variant of Simple Green people are referring to. Below is a list of what's available locally

Any help greatly appreciated as always!

The "All Purpose" cleaner.  But any "all-purpose, non-toxic, biodegradable cleaner" will be fine.

Truth be told, you are going to be "cooking" the bejesus out of it during the seasoning process - any crud is that might be left will be long dead.
