Cooked this up for my folks today, it came out great on the rotisserie.  This roast was coated with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and some Island Spice all purpose rub.   I used 1/2 pair of the Octoforks to spin it and cooked over some maple splits....took the roast to around 140-145* and it was flooded with juice!

Here's a quick GIF video link. http://i1226.photobucket.com/albums/ee407/Amerivet/GIF Maker/1479661758065_zpsyzb3ohal.gif

Thanks for looking!

It doesn't get any better than that!

It looks delicious!

Point!

Thanks Al, this was my first ever one of these.  A couple people told me that these roasts are very unforgiving to cook and had to be pulled in very small window to be good, Have you heard of that?    I guess the window was hit because this thing was flooded in juices.

Wow. That looks amazing. Great cook.

Schwans, like the guy that comes around to your house?

Great looking pork! What's the length of the oktoforks, have you used them in a kettle with the Cajun bandit ring?

Thanks B!

I have used them in a kettle with the CB..  The length fully retracted is 8.5" ,Fully extended is 13.5"

Fully extended can cook as an example large cuts like full racks of ribs in some cookers but kettles would have to do 1/2 racks.  I've actually done 3 racks of BB ribs in my jumbo joe 18.5 with 3 pairs.

There's so many ways to use them retracted for the smaller grills... you're only limited by your imagination.

Yep, that's the truck.  Good but some stuff is spendy.
