Here is some Drummies I am currently doing indirect on my copper. Wood choice is cherry and 2 different rubs in play. I injected with red hot and butter equal parts. Then I decided since I did Jeff's wings yesterday for tailgating I might as well use up the buttermilk and soak the Drummies. I added the rest of the injection to the milk and let them sit for a day (might been to long but hey you learn from your mistakes...it might of been great the verdict will come in a bit).

Seasoned with Ancho rib rub from Colorado seasonings... great seasoning for what I was looking for on these with the Cherrywood. Also hit them with Kansas city touch of cherry.

Be back afterwards as I promise my phone will live going in water now with this expensive life proof case!

Ps drink of choice below tonight

    Cheers,
    Adam

Final verdict is very good. I like the touch of cherry more as it goes good worth the heat of the injection. 5 Drummies was a good meal. Might do these for tailgating instead of wings.
