SBC chicken, again

    Yes, I admit it, I love the stuff. Got my new injector the other day so of course I had to try it out! Mikey recommended this one and I agree with him. I can highly recommend it. http://www.thekitchenstore.com/goststmain.html Injected the bird and rubbed it down. In the smoker at 225 - 230 with apple today. It's a bit gusty today so the temps aren't where I want them, but it's still good. This bird will be used for meals during the week so I'm in no hurry for it to be done.

    Chicken is done at 170. It's cooling now and will be for dinner another night.
