I live in MA, am new to smoking with a Masterbuilt 30" 2 door propane smoker.

Done a couple quick smokes; rabbit (recipe from these forums), stuffed peppers, and some store bought Italian sausage.

Looking forward to cooking some bigger pieces of meat, making my own bacon and maybe even some sausage.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
