Just got a MES 40 from the (greatest) wife for our 15 yr anniversary.  Found this place looking for info on using it properly.  All I can say is WOW what a find, after looking at just a smidge of the information contained here amongst the other members.  I am new to the art of smoking as I have discovered that that is truly what it is and plan on truly enjoying this site in as many ways as possible.  A huge thanks to everyone in advance for everything.
