Sugar Grove NC
Hi. just learning how. I am for sugar grove NC. In the hills. just a back country hillbilly. Here's a little bit about Me. Grow my own meat, and butcher it. Grow my on corn, grind my own corn mill. Make my own soap. Great stuff. Married 28 years,. 1 kid and 1 grandson. Like to eat love to cook. I have smoked a few things on the grill. I use smoking gun that uses the cartridges. Works good. I just build my first real smoker out of a Alum bread warming cabinet. I used a propane burn from an old grill. it was the side burner. Worked great. I Smoked some chicken Thanksgiving day. Good Stuff. Love the site, Great info.

Welcome to the SMF. I know you will enjoy yourself here.

You may be just getting started but you sure are taking to it in a big way. I think liking to cook in general helps a lot. Smoking is just one more tool to use and many of the things you already know are transferrable skills.

When you have some time, scroll down through the Forum.
