    I just stopped in to say "Hi Ya'll"! I'm Sawhorseray from Elk Grove, CA., I just found this site on a sausage-making forum I used to frequent, clicked on it and signed right up. I do my meat and sausage smoking on a Cabelas Pro 100 electric smoker made by PS Seasonings out of Iron Gate, WI, I love that smoker. I've been making sausage for about six years now and smoking sausage and meat for about three years, tho I've been smoking salmon for almost forty years. Think I'll poke around the site and see what's here, looks very interesting. RAY

  7. Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
    About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
    and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
    We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
    Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
    because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
