Savory Beef Chuck Roast slow cooked

  1. I tried this recipe from Rob Green at today and it was AWESOME!

    I won't show the recipe but I will show you the results.  You can check out the link below for the recipe.

    Smoked on Alder pellets at 225 deg F

    Mopped every 30 min for the entire cook

    When the internal temp hit 135 deg F, pulled it, wrapped in foil and rested for 30 minutes and 

    Look what came out
