Sausage Seasoning question

I've got some left over jerky seasoning and am wondering if I'm crazy thinking I could make snack sticks instead of jerky with it?  What do you think?

Not crazy at all. I've made uncased snack sticks cured with TQ and my own jerky seasoning recipes...tastes the same as jerky strips from ground meat.
