what do you think of the penzey's bratwurst? I'm thinking of giving it a try myself, as my wife goes to penzey's all the time, and I love all their other spices that we have.

also thinking of making a kafta sausage, going to have to play with some recipes.

I see save-a-lot has .99/lb shoulders again, ohhh boy. time to stock up.
