Hello my name is J Goldgrabe. I started out my working career as a sausage maker apprentice in Edmonton at 101st Meats ltd. From there I worked in Chilliwack, BC for many years before leaving the meat industry to pursue other interests. I am now retired and am planning to do some sausage making just for personal enjoyment. Look forward to learning and sharing with other enthusiasts as the fall season goes on. Cheers.
