Here ya go. This was a 7.5lb bone in picnic. I injected some of Jeff's rub mixed with a little water, and then rubbed it down with Jeff's rub aslo. Got up Sat morning and it was 45 degrees and windy so I moved the smoker into the opening of the garage (perfect). I started it at 7am spritzing with apple juice every few hrs. 6 hrs later it reached 140, so I wrapped it and tossed into the oven so I could get some other things on the smoker (beans... abt's... ect..). It finally got up to temp about 6:30 pm and we were eatin at 7. mmm sure was some good stuff. Made up a batch of Jeff's Sauce and smoked it for 3 hrs, also a batch of Dutch's beans they got 3 hrs too. Oh and a nice batch of ABT's. Man those are good, I hadn't had any of those smoked before. WOW. The in-laws and the wife liked the food, so that was great. Oh and there was a fatty in there also. I jammed some cheddar cheese cubes into it. Using it for breakfast the rest of the week.
Enjoy the q-view
wrapped and into the fridge for the night
The abt's cleaned and ready to stuff.

wrapped
On at 7am
Sauce and fatty on now.
the beans and the last of the ABT's finishing up
ready to pull
the spread - there is some white potato salad there also. Turned out like a baked potato, sour cream, cheese, green onions. mmm
