Had some time before my night job, so I decided to make some lunch. The meal consisted of smoked chicken wings, smoked corn on the cob, and smoked peaches. I was very pleased with the results. The chicken wings were coated in my poultry dry rub. Then I added a thin layer of homemade barbeque sauce. The corn was wrapped in foil and smoked for 1 1/2 hours. The peaches were seeded. I spooned some apricot preserves in the areas where the seeds were originally located. Then I drizzled honey and brown sugar on them. Unfortunately, the peaches were not from Georgia and were smaller in size. Here is a pic. Sorry the quality is so bad.
