Hello! Man do I have a lot to learn. I am a ROOKIE. I have cooked ribs a coulpe of times on my charcoal Char Griller, Santa added a propane Masterbuilt smoker to our deck. First time out with it was not impressive. I'm sure this forum will help me out. Looking forward to the 5 day ecourse! I love to duck and deer hunt and spend time with family on the lake at our camphouse in Hatchie bottom.

Welcome aboard Samuel,

West Tennessee is where I cut my teeth on smoking meats. I lived in Jackson for about 9 years and had friends and contacts there and all up I-40 between Nashville and Memphis who would teach me a thing or two about smoking.

Not used propane yet, but Santa bought a Masterbuilt 40 inch electric smoker and I was blown away with the first Brisket I cooked on it for New Years Eve.

Enjoy your time here.
