Salt lake City says " 'Sup?"

    I am an amateur smoker and i know just barely anything about smoking meats.

    Professionally i am a line cook.

    My smoker is... um...Brinkmann? horizontal offset smoker. i bought it for 10 bucks i don't know the exact model due to the fact that the previous owner repainted it.
