Yes, still trying to clear some room in the freezer with last year's Salmon, so we can make room for the upcoming 2014 Salmon season. Thus, here's tonight's dinner being a Salmon filet on a water soaked cedar plank. Salmon topped with sun dried tomatoes, Kalama olives, friesh garic, thyme, olive oil, salt & pepper. Cedar plank grilled until charred on one side. Turned over and then Salmon applied on the charred side. Cooked until IT = 140*. Yum!

Hey that sounds lovely!

I cannot see your pictures, for some reason my computer won't show them, but it sounds wonderful and I enjoy that method too!

Brings back memories of my Seattle stomping days!

Your recipe sounds perfect, and what a problem to have - needing to use up the salmon before the next season's catch! Love it!

Cheers! - Leah
