I find myself looking for the best prices on anything I can these days. I signed up to have all of the stores in my area email me there ads for the week. From there I will work my meal plan around what's on sale to help save $$$........ I ran across this ad this morning and thought I would share it with the other members that are close enough and may be needing some Boston Butts.....$1.59lb !!!! We haven't had that here in a while. Something that i do is take the add someplace else and get them to price match. The place that has it on sale doesn't spend as much time cutting it or trimming.

Happy smoken.

Yea, I have done that before too.....

.... the cooler did not come with a floor...... I was planning on building a wood/plywood platform on skids off the ground and re-installing it on the platform, but one of the companies that I deal with through work, that sell coolers and freezers, said that was a bad ideal.... It's extremely hard to keep clean and even harder to get the smell out of it if you spill something on it..... Also, as I was making a material list, I was thinking that this was going to cost a fortune to build, I was over $750.00 and was not finished with the material list and there was still a LOT of work involved that I'm not that sure of.......

So new plan, I'm going to pouring a pad for that baby

...... According to the concrete calculator, I need less than 2.5yds, so I figure I will buy 3 yards of concrete .....I'll have a pad for the new back door formed up just incase I have extra concrete..... I may make peace with the

by giving her a nice entrance to the back door.........

You-Cart-It Concrete...... here I come!!!!!

Yes sir! Tell her you are pouring the door for her and some how they sent too much concrete. Shame to waste it.  ROFLMAO!!

Shoney... Don't know about your area.. but here in Fl. the biggest u-carts are only 1 1/4 yd ... this means 2-3 trips... that makes for a seam or 2 in the concrete.. don't know how close the business is as for round trip times... if this is going to be the case maybe look into Redi-mix .. they mix what you need on site.... good luck with your new ventures...
