Hello to all and I wish you a Happy and successful weekend no matter what you've got planned.
I am an Over The Road (OTR) Truck Driver and have had the priviledge of tasting BBO from all over this Country and even in Europe while stationed there during my military years.

The flavors produced from Smoking and BBQ'ing are simple, but complex at the same time. Who doesn't love it!
I do a lot of grilling both charcoal, wood and gas, but haven't mastered the art of SMOKING, as if one could ever MASTER it to begin with LOL!!
I'm sure there are quite a few professional smokers out here, but, even they can learn a thing or two occasionally!

I look forward to the exciting world of smokery!
I have just purchased a MSB 40" through SAM's Club and thanks to the great folks here, the AMZNG-N- Pellet package for my Cold smoking needs.

I can't wait to continue reading the various threads and absorb the depth of talent shared.
Thank you for having me.

Glad to have you with us. Where in NC are you? We have an NC Smokers group you may want to join.

Hello Runt, welcome to SMF, tons of information and a lot of great people on here. Be safe on the road.

Thank you all very kindly!

I think I'm experiencing information OVERLOAD! LOL!!

A lot of experience on here, and what I love the most is reading about the trial and error process from everyone that has contributed to this Forum.  The " Murph " is alive and well in the smoking arena, LOL!!!

Great stuff!!
