for this summer ive got two of these bad boys saved up for the smoker.
thinking of something new for smoking these.

Now thats a big hunk of meat should make a fine smoke!!! I did a couple last year but didn't save any this year of course I didn't kill much this year
 
They shure are, each weight between 15----20 lbs, i don't have a scale but it was alittle more then a 16 lb bowling ball.
for the last 4 years now Ive smoked one of these at are family camp out and just one isn't enough for everyone, last year it went so fast i only had one slice of it
