Does Jeff's Rub get spicier as it is stored , I used it before as soon as I made it on ribs and chicken and it was just fine and did not store it but this last time I made some I put it in a plastic container with lid and stored it for 4 weeks and this past weekend I used it on pork chops and it was very spicy , did anyone have this same experience when stored , may have to cut down on certain ingredients when I plan on making some more and storing it or may not put so much on the pork chops , I did the ribs and chicken on my MES40 with mail box mod. with pellets and the pork chops on my Char Griller with charcoal without smoker, any help will be appreciated ,
