Royal Oak Chef's Select Charcoal - Is it any good?

Local hardware store has Royal Oak Chef's Select Food Service Charcoal $19.99 for 40 lbs. Is this good to use and is it a good price?

Me too, they gave me a rain check for 4 bags, but I don't know if it's any good or not. Read reviews on other sites and everyone seems to really like it, burns hot, long and very little ash. I want the opinions from here though!
