Rotisserie style babyback's

    This is a way that my lady friend likes the babyback's done so not really a conventional smoke, but cooked on the smoker (the Queen ) just the same. Had to make up a rotisserie adapter because all they sell in the store won't fit across her. Some pre drilled angle iron works nicely. More photos when the meal is complete. :grilling_smilie:
