36" X 96" ROTISSERIE SMOKER (Comes Standard With: Powder Coat & Tandem Axle) ( 50" X 132" ) TRAILER W/3' STORAGE AREA & 13' TIRES )
Double door 4 rack rotisserie ........and a single door Hog Roaster
Each side runs on its own fire box and has its own Digital Air Convection system to control temperature in their respective fire boxes.
Hog Roaster has a custom heat deflector installed to buffer hot spots, and also a custom extra pull out rack to be used to do more BBQ or bake side dies etc.
Comes with a full set of custom made rib racks to double the shelf space in the rotisserie.
Also on the front is a smaller charcoal grill to finish chicken etc or do hot dogs. Designed to rise and lower the coals up to the grate to get total control of the fire. . . (also has beer opener attached) This grill also works well for small cold smoking applications.
This smoker has been fully rewired by a licensed electrician (vs the manufacturer) all wires, switches plugs etc have been replaced for water proof outdoor use.
