I sure would like to be one of your guest!

Ditto what rich said. Looks like you are spinnin it on a Members Mark gas grill?!. I have one that looks kinda like that on top. I love mine, but it uses gas heavy, but the dang spit is 40 inches long, and it has 5 burners plus a smoker burner too!

I just finished left over ribs from yesterday, and your pics are makin my tastebuds antsy!

Well Mitch..it was one cut in half for my picky guests...8 1/2 pounds for $52 on sale and it fed 10 people Christmas dinner...Cheaper than a Mexican restaurant...just a hellva lot more work...lol

did you update your sig, or did i miss that info the first time?

Capt. Dan When you mentioned my grill by name ..I realized I had not posted the grill name..So I added it! Thanks for reminding me! It was the first year Sam's sold the Member Mark grills..They have improved them over the 6 year period..Now stainless metal grills are everywhere..Could not believe the little Ultra Sear infrared ss portable was selling for < $80 at Dicks sprting goods on line. It is getting competitive out there!

i love my Rotisserie i use it all the time..birds and beef i can't wait for this grill to die so i can get me a real one with the IR and double Rotisserie
