Hey all
I'm relatively new to smokin and to the forum... Have a WSM that I got for a gift and have smoked several things.... Pork loin, brisket [although I live in MD, so it's tough to get a "brisket" cut], did some chicken, parts, not whole.... Gonna try a turkey breast for thanksgiving... Still have to do the deep fried bird for all those fans who love it...
