My name is John. I got my smoker last week and am smoking for the first time today. I was off today so I got to start after lunch. I was so excited. I know very little and have already learned a lot on here. I have a side mounted firebox. I am currently maintaining a good temp. This is so fun. I am a financial advisor. Previous to that I was in special ops in the Army. I look forward to learning more!
