Hellow all. My name is Steven Funk, live in South Central Pennsylvania and by thread title, yes im a rookie when it comes to smoking meat. I had just recently received a Master Built electronic smoker from my son-in-law for Christmas, have read the directions a number of times, and have seasoned the smoker. Today will be my first attempt in smoking (marinade injected turkey breast and using hickory chils). Hopefully all goes well.
