  1. Hellow all. My name is Steven Funk, live in South Central Pennsylvania and by thread title, yes im a rookie when it comes to smoking meat. I had just recently received a Master Built electronic smoker from my son-in-law for Christmas, have read the directions a number of times, and have seasoned the smoker. Today will be my first attempt in smoking (marinade injected turkey breast and using hickory chils). Hopefully all goes well.

  3. Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
    About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
    and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
    We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
    Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
    because their are so many different ways to make great Q...

    It looks like the 3rd little square from the left on the"reply" screen should let you upload pics. I'll be trying it tomorrow. Good luck.
