Rookie

Hi everyone, my name is Jamie. I live in Southern California and have been smoking food for about 2 years I have a 55 gallon drum smoker I built myself. I recently came across a 132 gallon propane tank which is currently being made into a RF smoker. I joined in hopes of getting some help and input with that build.
