Hi there and welcome!

I look forward to seeing what you smoke.  After breaking in/"seasoning" your smoker you will be itching to smoke some meat.

Be sure to consider getting a dual probe smoking thermometer like a Maverick to help you out.  Many of the smoker and meat thermometer probes that come with the smoker are just plain off.  Plus it never hearts to have the extra pair of thermometer probes to use on different cuts of meat and to find/manage the hot and cold spots that WILL exist in your smoker and WILL shift around as you load more meat or use different rack configurations.

Best of luck!
