I'm 71 and still enjoy learning and taking advice on subjects I know little about. Smoking and cooking in general is high on that list. Got my Master built Electric smoker almost 3 years ago an just haven't had enough time to get into smoking much. I am so ready. Really love pork tenderloin, pulled pork and pork ribs. Last effort didn't even get good smoke. I'm ready for any good reference info and advice. Thanks and hope to be just half as good as most of you. Hope all have a safe and smokey 4th holiday.

Welcome from SC from another 71 year old. It's really good to have you here on this great site. Go to the smoking meat sub-section and scroll down to pork. You should find some good tips and some really great reading.

Good luck and good smokin', Joe. :grilling_smilie:
