Hey guys, been lurking for a long time and decided I needed to ask a few questions so I decided to sign up. I've gotten Jeff's email class on smoking, contributed to the site for his rub and sauce recipe's and dang those are some good recipe's! Right now I've got a Masterbuilt Smoker that has done me proud a few times. So far I've tried my hand at a few fatties, some pork ribs, and even some fish (northern). All turned out great, just hope it's not a sign of a soon to happen failure.

Anyways, thanks for the help everyone, I've learned loads of information already in my rookie year of smoking.

Smoke on!

Welcome to the smf Chaws. Lots of nice people here to answer your questions. Don't forget to post some Q-view on some of your smokes.
