Hi all-

I go by BBQ075 because that's the equipment I use, the Traeger BBQ075. I really enjoy this Traeger after destroying my fair share of meats on various other Q's and grills I've owned in the past.

Just wanted to stop by and say hi. I hope to pick your minds to get better at this great and relatively new hobby of mine.

Take care.

Wow...thanks. You all sure know how make a guy feel welcome. I already d/l'd the 5 day course...looking forward to it.

Just got done with two 8 lb. Boston Butts, but didn't even think to take pics. I will next time. They turned out awesome...they were on at 6 a.m. and off at 6 p.m. @ 200 degrees F internal and just fell apart while I pulled. Had about a dozen friends over enjoying the good food and NFL games.

Thanks again for the welcome.
