Name's Ryan. I recently bought a MES 30" so I could enjoy the nice cool summers out here in AZ. I've have had successes and failures ... all have at least smelled really good. I've had some pretty good tasting chickens, but I think it was just dumb luck. I've learned a ton on this site already reading through some of the forums and using the search feature. Going to do a small 3lb briskit today .. been marinading for about 15 hours now. Looking forward to learning more from everybody!! =]
