Good evening, I'm new to the world of smoking. I just purchased a Char-Griller 5050 and added the smoke box. I'm looking to pick up some great knowledge and advice from all of you seasoned smokers. Plus learn some great recipes. I'm retired from the Coast Guard and currently work in nuclear security.
