Hi All,

Thanks for having me ...super new to smoking, did a couple tri-tips and some chickens this past summer in my BBQ... Just built the fire on one side and placed meat on complete other, used some oak firewood and some mesquite chunks I had a blast

Looking forward to all tips tricks hints and hacks

looking forward to getting my smoke on and mastering some side dishes as well

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...

Looking forward to my first real smoke.... This Thursday is the test, I'll cure/season the smoker and looks like ill do some chicken, and depending who is around maybe a brisket

Got my Maverick et-733 and some ekogrip Q'n Gloves in the mail
